Aaron Jurski brings nearly 25 years of experience on both buy and sell side commercial Real Estate and as an SMB operational and transactional entrepreneur. An expert in a variety of assets classes, Aaron delivers value through his range of knowledge and experiences in acquisitions and market opportunities recognition, valuations and due diligence, operations, asset management and dispositions, financial modeling and forecasting. Aaron’s focus has been entrepreneurial; building from the ground up an acquisitions arm and operational platform for multi-family assets in the Midwest. Aaron successfully ran the life cycle of a real estate acquisitions and management business concluding with the disposition and unwinding of a portfolio of assets and private investors.

Aaron’s selected professional experience includes:

Twenty-five years of experience as a principal, entrepreneur, investor, and financial leader. Ground-up builder of acquisition and operational platforms with a focus in SMBs and commercial multi-family real estate. Extensive transactional expertise and specialist in asset valuation, due diligence and financial modeling, proforma and budgeting.

Finance and Private Equity Executive and team leader responsible for all aspects of top line operations, financial reporting, and performance evaluation. Developed the standard for business and product analysis, KPI development reporting; dashboard performance and metric establishment. Annual budget and proforma process creation and documentation. Scale and growth strategies.

Lead Executive tasked with developing and executing on the C-suite and founders’ vision of creating and SMB Incubation and Accelerator B2B and B2C managed service platform; the four new district business were branded as Level Up on Tech; Level Up on Talent, Level Up on Brand, and Level Up on Finance.

Owner/operator of manufactured housing communities throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. Sourced and acquired 800 homesites, in ten different communities at six locations with a market value in excess of $15 million. Built a real estate acquisition and operating company and managed over two million in equity investments from third party investors and was able to return a positive annualized rate of return of 8 – 14% for all investors for more than 10 years.

Management Consultant and construction auditor to $11B REIT, providing construction audit services to review, assess, document, and assist client in finalizing capital construction projects. Completed comprehensive and value-added project review of all construction procedures and recommendations to improve performance management, budgeting, documentation and efficiencies. Consultant and project advisor for a $90MM hospital expansion and site development for the Norman Regional Health Care System. Created an RFP Real Estate Developer matrix for Ankura’s Health Care RE Services Group to evaluate all future project management engagements.

Development, co-author, and implementation of the Level Up Strategic Development Guide and Enterprise Blueprint: a proprietary business operating system and teaching methodology for growing and scaling SMBs.
